jitgo Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jitgo platform. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Last Updated: January 2026These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jitgo ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jitgo website at jitgo.org and all services, games, features, and promotions offered through it. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before registering an account, depositing funds, or playing any game. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jitgo platform.
jitgo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at jitgo.org/terms-conditions with the date of the most recent update clearly displayed. Your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, particularly before making a deposit or claiming a promotion.
Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jitgo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold a jitgo account.
- You are not already registered as a jitgo account holder. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited.
- You have provided accurate, current, and complete registration information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, and the funds you use for deposits are legitimately your own.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jitgo or any of its affiliated service providers.
Account Registration and Management
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jitgo account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitgo login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jitgo will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
Opening multiple jitgo accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. jitgo uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings may be voided.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting jitgo support through the platform. Any positive real-money balance at the time of closure will be paid out via your verified payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer), subject to KYC completion. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited on closure.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager for a continuous period of 12 months. jitgo may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts, and the remaining balance may be reduced accordingly. You will be notified by your registered contact method before any fee is applied.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions at jitgo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposits via bank transfer may differ and are displayed at the time of deposit.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jitgo account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to several hours. jitgo is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jitgo reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds, particularly for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been identified.
- jitgo does not charge fees on standard bKash or Nagad deposits or withdrawals. Transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are outside jitgo's control and may apply independently.
jitgo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jitgo will notify the account holder and may request additional verification before processing the payment.
Bonuses and Promotions
jitgo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, passed KYC verification. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- jitgo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after a player has already met part of the wagering requirement, any real-money winnings from bets placed using real-money funds remain the player's own.
- Bonuses may not be combined with other active bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly permit this. Bonus abuse — including the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other strategy to artificially meet wagering requirements — will result in immediate account suspension.
Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games on jitgo are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate using independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The following gameplay rules apply across all products:
- Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. Technical errors that demonstrably affect a game round outcome may be subject to review and, where applicable, void by jitgo at its discretion.
- jitgo is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of interrupted internet connectivity, device failure, or power outages during an active game session. Where a game round was initiated but not completed due to a technical failure on jitgo's platform side, the round will be reviewed and settled fairly.
- The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface itself. jitgo does not override game-level bet limits. Players are responsible for reviewing bet limits before placing a wager.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the official game server log maintained by the game provider is the definitive record. Player-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as primary evidence in a dispute.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jitgo platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that artificially interacts with games or the betting interface in a manner not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market available on jitgo.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity or that constitute money laundering under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Registering an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or display bugs to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will be voided.
Responsible Gaming and Age Policy
jitgo is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on its platform. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. jitgo implements age verification checks during registration and at key account milestones including first withdrawal. Players who are found to be under 21 at any point will have their accounts permanently closed and any deposits will be refunded where verifiably sourced from the underage player's own funds.
Every jitgo account holder has access to responsible gaming tools including voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be accessed through account settings or by contacting jitgo support directly through the platform. Limitation of Liability and Changes to Terms
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jitgo platform or any of its services. jitgo's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
jitgo reserves the right to suspend, modify, or permanently discontinue any game, feature, promotion, or service offered through the platform at any time without prior notice. Where a scheduled promotion is cancelled before it concludes, jitgo will endeavour to notify affected players via their registered contact method and, where applicable, honour any wagering already completed under that promotion's terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jitgo's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through jitgo's internal support process will be subject to binding resolution in accordance with those laws. By using the jitgo platform you irrevocably consent to this jurisdiction for dispute resolution purposes.
