What jitgo receives from a payment provider after a completed transaction is a transaction confirmation message that includes the reference number, amount in BDT, and timestamp. jitgo uses this confirmation to credit your account balance and record the transaction in your account history. Full mobile number digits used in a bKash or Nagad transaction may be partially masked in your jitgo transaction record for security.
Cookies and Session Tracking
jitgo uses cookies and similar browser-based storage technologies to maintain your login session, remember platform preferences, and support security monitoring. The following types of cookies are used:
- Session cookies: these are temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser. They maintain your logged-in state during a jitgo session so you do not need to re-authenticate on every page.

When personal data is no longer required and the applicable retention period has expired, jitgo will delete or anonymise that data in a secure manner so that it can no longer be linked to any individual. Anonymised, aggregated data (for example, statistical reports on platform usage) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify any individual player.
